Why an employer must acknowledge staff decisions and ideas.

The acknowledgement of staff's decisions and ideas could absolutely be one of the ways and strategy a business organisation could break through in achieving business goals and objectives and also achieving our accomplishment business success and progress. There have been so many situations where ideas and decisions contributed by business employees and staffs have end up becoming the solution to a particular encountered business problem or issue. One of the main reasons why most business entrepreneurs and managers do not acknowledge their employees and staff decisions of ideas is that they proved to be so much overconfidence in handling their business problems and business issues all by themselves. And although it is the duty of the business manager or the business owner to handle and resolve his or her business problems and issues, but even with that discussing about it with others wouldn't be an exception to adequately and successfully resolving business issues and problems.

It is often said that a problem shared is half solved, and that totally makes it necessary for business problems to be discussed and not concealed. When business problems are concealed by employers and managers they tends to be neglected and as time goes by, these neglected business problems and issues emanates into a more larger and irreparable problem, thereby bringing in uncalled negative circumstances to the business organisation.

The thing is that no man is an island you always need the inputs and efforts of others to help you carry out taskssuccessfully so it doesn't matter who is giving the idea the most important thing is to get ideas that will help you Excel better


So this is also applicable to employer-employee relationship as an employer you need to also pay attention to the ideas given by your employees the thing is that it is even the employees that are doing the job and know where things should be done better so if one is a good employer he takes nothing from you listening to the ideas given by your subordinate. Employees being one's subordinate doesn't stop them from thinking and processing information better so instead of throwing the ideas away because they are mere employees you tried to reason with them and see if the ideas can work with the company's goals to achieve the objectives of the business.

Organisational staffs and workers are responsible for carrying out and accomplishing the organisational goal of a particular business organisation, but is that all what they are needed and responsible for? Well in my own perspective that is not the only work or the only responsibility in which an organisation of employee or worker is needed for because he or she can totally help in times of idea assembling and decision formulation that can totally benefit the business from time to time. It is absolutely possible to say that the employer or the manager of a business organisation is responsible for handling idea and decision formulation and finalization, but what happens in cases where a business manager or employer is unable to make the right decision and ideas that is what the to lead the business in a more safer and prosperous Path.

In such situation the business manager or employer can discuss the situation with his employees and for sure a good and acceptable decision or idea could be emanated.
