Why being healthy is Important?

When I start doing yoga it did so amazing to my body, it helps me cope with stress and gets easily sick. I usually have a cold 3-4x a month but not that bad. I started eating right also replenish my body with healthy foods and not junk foods.

Before I don’t have time to exercise, not even taking vitamins or meditate and always not eating right. But now I learn how to take care of myself. By exercising 4-5x a week, meditate 2x a day 15 minutes each and taking vitamins i feel really good about myself.

I’m now healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally life is good.?
