If you run a poll, on this site you will find out that a lot of people are working from home but are not generating enough money to sustain a living. Why are people failing to make good amount by working from home?

Not everyone can become successful because they don’t have the right skills and the right methods.

You can do a lot of things online to generate good income, for instance, blogging, vlogging, freelancing, selling online, etc. However, whatever you choose to do, you need skills and knowledge. Sadly, people lack proper skills. A lot of people are into writing but they don’t know much about SEO (as you can see a lot of people cannot create SEO content on this platform that heavily relies on Google traffic).

Not working on the right platform, not using the right method, not having the professional skills are some of the common reasons why people are not making money online.

In my opinion, not having professional-level skills and not using the right methods are two major reasons why people are not making money by working from home. A lot of people are using sites like Trendri and Beer Money Forum to make money by posting short posts, however, these platforms have limitations on earning and people cannot earn well, if they are trying to earn by writing, why don't they try something better, for instance, freelance writing, ebook writing, etc. However, they are not attempting other lucrative options because they are general writers, they cannot churn professional-quality written works. In other words, these people do not have the skills to do SEO writing or technical writing or copywriting, they are not even very proficient writers. Writing can make you money, but you need to identify what kind of writing will make you more money and what platform offers better writing jobs.

Working from home has been the normal for the past couple of years. Selling things online has been around for over 10 years. To sell stuff online you have to have items that people want. Then selling stuff online these days is not easy. there is so much stuff being sold these days that people who list items always keep a lower price than what the items are worth and then you are really not making any money

We can't possibly answer that question without looking into so many things , like the people you are talking about not earning enough even though they are working online , if I may ask what are they really doing online that they are not able to earn enough money to sustain them on monthly basis because this is where to start from.

You must understand that some people are just working online without knowing what they are doing and in this case do not expect to earn anything reasonable because at the end of the day , you will be wasting your time without achieving anything.

Anyone that is just interested to make money online will always have something reasonable to offer , and in a situation in which people are not able to earn anything , then obviously what they are doing online is not good enough to guarantee them reasonable earning.

I've never run a poll why many people fail to make money online, but based on my observations and experience although many reasons why people don't make enough money online are non-serious factors, they only do online work as a sideline or just to pass the time. because in general they still work in offline offices, such as in forex trading it will be very difficult for him to become a day trader or professional trader, as well as a professional writer who has to read a lot of books or online articles to find new ideas.
