Why do people steal when they can work for money?

The rate at which stealing has taken control of our society is alarming as more youths prefer to steal rather than to make their own money by working hard, I have taken my time to analyze the reasons to why some people steal.

Oppression from the rich - many people usually steal money because they want to be like the person the saw on social media or on television and they are often pursued into this act by friends and society who accept I'll gotten wealth without asking where they are getting the money from.

Lack of parental care is another thing which causes bad behaviours in children lack of parental care and discipline can make a child go astray and join bad gangs, also lack of providing important amenities for a child can also make the child go into stealing from other people therefore parents should educate their children about the dangers and sin both before God and man.

many people today find it very difficult to work and make money .. Some people prefer to steal rather than working hard to make money and this habit is common in the youth ,most youth now are days find it very difficult to work for money.. They are used to stealing of others people property which is not good ...and the causes of this habit is by when getting oppression form people who are rich ,these rich people are most time the cause of these people who are engage into the act of stealing.. Another caused is most times lack of parents care and attention,most time parents need to pay more attention to their children and always advise them to bring them in a godly ways.. Again most time if parents see their children bring huge amount of money home try and find the source of their income to know were the money is coming from

The only thing I could see stealing is food, and that's only in some of the most extreme cases. Most people are out there stealing electronics, jewelry, and other fancy items they don't need. I think drugs is yet another one that fuels that - I live in Alabama (unfortunately), and there is a big meth problem out here. People have gone around stealing tires off cars and out of yards to get money for it. A lot of those people don't want to work or they can't keep a job because of the effects of the drugs.

It is indeed not a new thing to see the majority of people today love to make money the invalid and illegitimate way which possibly included stealing and even performing other bizarre things just to make money . One will wonder why stealing is so rampant in our society. There are many reasons for this but the common causes of this ignoble act are the following:

Peer Influence: to be frank, friends have lured many to involve in some acts that are unspeakable. Most of the people that find themselves involving in pickpocketing, stealing and even armed robbery find themselves there because of the pressure from peer groups. Most people do get influenced easily.

Unemployment: most African youths are ildle as a result of inability to secure jobs even when they are eligible and capable and willing to work. This rate of unemployment has really caused many things that we can not even think of. Though this should not be the yardstick for involving in stealing, but not all unemployed people that can withstand the brunt of unemployment

Wrong orientation: people worship money in most societies. The politicians that are siphoning money are praised and confer chieftaincy titles, people that are involving in dark thing to get money are respected. This has made some people to join them since societies are no inquire more on the sources of wealth rather they want to celebrate whoever that is rich these days.
