Why everyone should have a business

There are many people that have varying notions about the concept of business and owning a business. Others are of the opinion that not every person must have or run a business while others such as me are of the opinion that as a human being, it is very important and advisable that you have and own a business. The following are some of the reasons but before that I'd like to give my own view on what a business is.

A business is basically an enterprise that exchanges goods and commodities and also forms part of a market. And running a business is not necessarily having to do with running a shop by yourself but you can have any sort of enterprise that others will run for you and bring return's.

One benefit of a business is the fact that it is not dependent on any one. As a business owner you do not have to wait for the government to pay you or anything since people will always be in demand of your commodity. You will not have to directly wait on the government on any firm to pay you at all

The major benefit of owning a business is the fact that you become independent.

There are a lot of business out there that you can start depending on you and what you like to do, there are services based business and there's product based business, so it depends on what you want to do, you can experiment with what you want.

In this current season, starting a business is necessary because there's global recession nationwide, a lot of people got lay off from their cushy jobs so it is not safe as it sounds or made it to be.

Investing is easy but this also has limitation and you will have to continue to invest and compound. But business can help you earn well in a short time.

I won't agree that everyone should own a business because we all have varying abilities and interests. However, it you are a career person, you could diversify your income streams to add investments to your income profile. One thing is sure though that your job would never make you rich. It has never made anyone rich. But business is not for everyone. There are certain attributes that define some people as entrepreneurs and it is not everyone that has those attributes.

Not everyone is capable and able to own a business but in essence despite the increasing nature of unemployments in most countries and regions of the world it is definitely advised that an individual owns a business or possibly learn a business skill. Entrepreneurship has been one of the ways that majority of people have been able to do away with joblessness and unemployment. However it is important that you do not blame the government or wait for the government to do something about unemployment because it may never come to pass, so using the time that you have to establish a business or possibly learn a business skill can be helpful to your existence.
