I think that human resource department is very important in each and every company because this kind of department deals with employees in the best manner. they are the ones who are responsible for hiring more people and making sure that the company has enough people who could make it possible for the company to run the business. they are also responsible for recruiting employees and contacting new people who might be interested in working for the company. They are also responsible for keeping the record of employees and tracking their performance as well in certain cases. So, a human resource department might play a key role.
