Some business managers and employees absolutely feel disgusted and disorganised possibly after seeing a little mistake or a seemingly error made by the employees or workers and they will definitely be so pissed off to the extent that they sacked the employee without any proper confirmation and reason to do so . This is probably a very big problem to the business organisation because a business owner that behaves in such a way is known to be rude and arrogant and to be very much sincere a rude and arrogant business employer is definitely an approachable and an admired by his employees and even those outside the business organisation . If your employee or worker commit a particular business area that possibly makes the business to suffer some sort of negative repercussions it is indeed okay to feel pissed off and angry as the business owner because definitely it is only you that may be the problem and solve it alone but yet it is advised to make it sound as a warning to the employee that whenever he or she possibly commit another mistake similar to this it will definitely lead to him being sacked or eliminated from the business organisation .

Sometimes employees commit errors and mistakes without knowing and that is because there is absolutely no human being on earth that is above mistakes and errors . Understanding this as a business employer or manager will definitely restrict and avoid you from unnecessarily eliminating and sacking your employees at a slight mistake or errors .

It is absolutely true that some business organisations have rude and despicable attitude business employers and managers . Business employers with such behaviour to not intend to have all the details before carrying out a particular business decision such as sacking their employees and eliminating them from the business organisation . Business employees are definitely part of the business organisations and they shouldn't be viewed as slaves because they definitely have feelings , and so my case with a particular business employee misbehaves or commit an error a mistake that possibly makes the business organisation suffered some sort of negative repercussions it is advised that the business employer or manager should not swiftly or quickly go ahead to eliminate such business employee without initial of first warning .

There is literally no human being on earth that is beyond mistakes from time to time we will always make mistakes and errors even if we try all our best to be perfect , it is true because we all are imperfect humans and never beyond the making of mistakes and errors . If your employee makes a mistake he or she shouldn't be swifti eliminated or terminated from the business organisation rather he or she must be warned critically that the next time that he or she committed such a role then there will be no second chance . .
