Jobs are an integral part of everyone's lives. Everyone needs a job to earn money and live their life. However, many people hate their jobs; they feel they're stuck in a life-sapping prison cell. Jobs can be enjoyable when we learn how to best use our job skills.

When we have a good job, we have more time for hobbies and other activities. We can also spend time with family and friends without worrying about where the next paycheck will come from. Most importantly, we can focus on becoming happier and more successful without constant anxiety over our financial situation. It's easy to see how happy and fulfilled people are when they have good jobs.

It's important not to let negative feelings towards our daily tasks drag us down. We must learn to enjoy our jobs no matter how tedious or unfulfilling they may be. Doctors and nurses must treat patients like human beings with feelings; they can't just blindly follow every order they receive. Retail workers must treat customers like human beings with feelings; they can't just blindly follow whatever they say. Even CEOs must treat their companies like human beings with feelings; they can't just blindly follow every policy set by their corporate culture. Our jobs are a part of our daily lives, so we should learn to adapt to them.
When we have a good job, we have more time for hobbies and other activities. Employers want us to stop complaining and Instead, find ways to improve our jobs' performance. We must learn to enjoy our jobs no matter how tedious or unfulfilling they may be. Everyone has the power to change their attitude towards their job no matter what it is.

People have a family with newborn baby the expenses increases while the time given to work reduces due to newborn requirements and the boss does not accept that you leave work for going to the doctor for any illness to handle with your child. The theory is different from the practice, unfortunately. You are speaking the boss's side not the worker's side.

True,we have to learn to enjoy our jobs and not let any negative thoughts or feelings blind us,but then. Having a good job doesn't also signifies that we will enjoy life to the fullest. One can have a good job and at the same time don't enjoy their jobs. Some workers who have family but with a good job doesn't always enjoy their job, taking care of family, children and also make out time for your work schedule is tasking and can be frustrating and at the end of the day you end you not enjoying the good job you are supposed to enjoy.

You made mention of still complaining, and find ways to improve our job performance, well, except I didn't get you exactly you meant there but you know we all have lived outside the job, family problems and all. I know of a family woman, who has a well paying job,but she aren't enjoying her job because of so many things to take care of at once, she has to find all possible means to adjust just to keep her job.
