Eggs are also one of the best source of nutrition and it is packed with many health benefits. However, eggs are almost as controversial as much as they are popular. There have been some studies conducted on health drawbacks of consuming too many eggs; however, it seems that if you consume eggs in an adequate manner, then it will not harm you. In fact, it is good for you if you consume eggs in not an excessive way. The study was conducted by the TH Chan School of Public Health and it clearly shows that eating eggs moderate will not prove to be detrimental form your health.
