There are 3 types of meat. We have red meat and we have black and White meats. But it is good to know that, consumption of the meat is not advisable for those of ages from 45 years upward. For those that are eating meat, it is not easy for them to diffentiate between red and white meats.The meat contain fat that will affect the body system,when consuming too much of it. The fat that present in the meat will enter blood stream to cause cardiovascular problems which can lead to stroke and paralysis of the body system. It is good to know how to select the meat,if at all you want to eat meat. White meat is the best to consume for the health benefit of our body system.

It also depend on so many things because an elderly are always advised to reduced the amount of beef they are taking as too much of beef may be dangerous to the elderly people because of the risk of developing heart disease like you have just said but I don't really think this is also applicable to people below the age of 40 . Although it might really be important for us to be so observant of this because most times how we are able to put all these things into consideration will determine how our old age will be.

Over here we consumed mainly two types of meat , the first one is beef and the second one is goat meat , a lot of people preferred goat meat because they consider it to be more nutritious and tastier than the beef. Well in as much as too much of everything is bad we should always try to limit the amount of things we takes when is too much.

Mainly we are always advised consume vegetable because they are the most important food that is needed by the body. The fact is that fruit and vegetable is accepted by every body system of a person.
