The above workouts are for you if you want to lose back and armpit fat in 20 minutes.These exercises are easy and effective, which makes them perfect for a quick workout at the gym or even at home.
1. Plank:
Your feet should be flat on the floor next to you while you lay on your belly with your knees bent. Hold yourself up by contracting your abs and glutes, then hold the position for 30 seconds.
2. Crunch:
Kneel flat on the ground with your feet flat and your hands behind your head (palms facing up). Contract your abs to lift yourself off the floor so that only your shoulders are touching it; hold for 1 minute before lowering yourself back down slowly.
3. Upward Facing Dog:
Get into a dog pose by lying on all fours then extending one leg straight up in front of you while keeping the other leg still as well as keeping your hips moving forward until you have reached an upright position where both legs are straight up in line with each other; hold for 30 seconds before lowering yourself back down slowly.
