Team work is what is needed to be promoted in any business organisation. This is because its effects is just too enormous to be overlooked. The following are the reasons why team work should be encouraged.

It encourages productivity: when two or more people join hands together to do will be much in output compare to the ones that are handled by just a person. That is the more team that we have, the greater the output of the production all things being equal.

Aside this, there will be interdependence, people can now learn how to depend on others might and knowledge to get things done. Most time business does involve strategies and these may not be gotten by only person at times, so we still need some like minded people that will be helping us when we run out of ideas.


It does promote unity and sense of belonging too. People always happy to see that they belong to a particular group. This can only be achieved in team work where nlaes and praises will be shared.


The only issue with team work is that it doesn't promote hardwork. Individuals efforts are seeing as team effort. And some people may be lazy.

Your last paragraph shows that even good things have their disadvantages but the good thing is that the advantages mostly outweighs any cons that it has. so back to the discussion. The good thing is that team work is needed to push the progress of a business to a good height.

if you want a project done with creativity you would get to it very fast when the employee's work in a team. there's always something about people coming together to complete a task they do it better because of the different knowledge that will be contributed. Each person will come up with very brilliant idea. You can't beat what will come up later when all the ideas are put together.
Another thing will be that the project will be quickly done since more hsnds would have been employed so the task will be completed at no time. so the many the quickest.

Teamwork is sometimes something that damages the company for a simple reason: A new learning person will take a lot of time from other workers to learn how to work or even someone who is doing its PFE because they do not want the headache and searching for ready solutions. Having ideas from different people make a project that will be very tedious for a person become very easy because more people are involved. Team work come to play when s project needs to be executed with the best result at heart. The progress of the organization or workplace is a lot faster with teamwork.

There will be efficiency which is what any place of work needs. when there's efficiency then productivity will increase. When productivity is high growing the business is very easy. This is why all organization should give team work a chance.
