It is always good to get new customers but it more important to get repeated customers. These are customers that come back to buy from you over and over again. The good thing is that they might sometimes not return alone but with others to buy which means more profit. So how do can you get and maintain repeated customers. you just have to do the following:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Be available all times by even automating your customer conversations
- Personally educate them about the products they buy or inted to buy, it will draw them closer
- You need to have customer loyalty programme in place
- Don’t forget to give them the needed incentives to keep them coming back
