Heart diseases is one of the major causes of death among the people. has diseases or failure occur as a result of things we are doing who is our body systems.
As you know that prevention is better than cure, it is good to know some of the things you can do to avoid heart disease. So I am going to highlight some of those activities
Reduce Fat Consumption
it is very important to do away with meal that contains a lot of fat if you don't want to end up having heart diseases or failure.
Fat can prevent the vines carry blood in and out of the heart to perform optimally. This will eventually lead to high blood pressure in adult human.
Regular Exercise
It is very important to maintain strong hearts mechanism and this can only be achieved when you engage in regular exercise. Regular exercise makes the wall of the heart to remain strong and get rid of anything that may cause heart problem.

it is being said that smokers are liable to die Young. if you have been engaging in smoking it will be very good to quit it as soon as possible. Smoking does not only destroy the lungs it also cause heart failure over time.

Salt contain chloride. When you consume salt in excess you are going to have a lot of chloride in your body systems and this can also cause heart diseases.

You should avoid using aphrodisiac just because you want to satisfy your partner it was reported that a man died after using aphrodisiac. Aphrodisiac makes the heart to beat faster than normal and it can fail if it persist for a long time.
