For people that aspire to be actors and actresses, they have to undergo a professional and academic training in a formal setting to learn the rudiments of an acting career. For starters, people who aspire to act must have offered arts subjects in their high schools. After high school, they have to proceed to a higher institution to further push through to becoming professional actors and actresses.

There are two choices for them to make. Either they study in a film academy or they go to universities where theater arts is being offered as a program. A film academy is a specialised school that focuses on all aspects of filmmaking. In film school, students learn about the key aspects of movie making. Topics of study include producing, directing, art direction, cinematography, screenwriting, postproduction work and sound. I think a film school is better than going to university to study theater arts. Film school would deliver the cores since they only deal with that and nothing else.
