You would make yourself a distinguished worker it you are a problem solver. Employers needs problem solving individuals in their employ.
So how can you be a problem solver at work.

First start with Identifying the problem. You need to start with identifying what it is that needs to be fixed.
Then go for the Root Cause or the causes of the problem to start from there.

You have to start Finding Multiple Solutions to try out and work only with one that will help with the problem.

As you work with the Solutions that you have been trying out don't forget to retain the Best. You can still use that to apply to problems that you encounter in the future.

When you have determined the solution, then the next thing will be to Implement Your Solution and the last one will be to measure the Success of Your Solution.
