Fruits are natural and they have many advantage.they supply the body with essential nutrients and vitamins.they help to boost the immune system.they also help to reduce the rate of having heart disease,stroke, cancer.it better to eat fruits than eating junks because junks have high sugar but fruits does not.so when you consume junks it can stomach stomach pain which leads to diabetes but when you eat fruits in excess it helps to release fat in the body and also helps to regulate the body temperature.it also help to lower the risk of having High blood pressure.and also helps in weight reduction.wheb a person is sick doctors advice them to eat fruits because they know it's very healthy for the body so eat enough fruits for a healthy life.
