An MBA will not make you a good business leader

There is a lot of debate on whether or not an MBA makes someone a good business leader. A study by the Harvard Business Review showed that only 17% of MBA graduates are considered “high-performing” leaders.


So, what makes a good business leader? There is no one answer to this question. Some people may say that experience and intuition are more important than book knowledge. There are many successful business leaders who never completed an MBA program.


That being said, there are some benefits to getting an MBA. An MBA can give you the skills and knowledge you need to be a successful business leader. You learn about important business concepts, such as finance, marketing, and accounting. You also develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


Ultimately, whether or not an MBA makes someone a good business leader is up to the individual. Some people find that an MBA helps them become a better leader, while others do not find it as useful.

Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates are Havard University dropouts. Steve Jobs never graduated. Elon Musk is a graduate but has no MBA degree. What is one common thing about these men? They don't have a high level of education but they built big companies and hired MBAs to work for them. Since these men built big companies without being highly academic, a lot of people have this impression that they don't need a high level of education to excel in professional life.
Kylie Jenner built a big cosmetic brand called Kylie Cosmetic. Her worth is 1 billion. However, she does not have a high level of education. She once even said, "she wasted time at college".
These are just an exception. For the majority of us, we need to be at least a graduate, if not an MBA, to get hired and grow as a professional. Being an MBA is more than having a cetificate.

If you already have an MBA is not a guarantee to be a successful and good leader, but he will easily adapt to the business environment, he will also quickly be able to recognize the company's financial systems and procedures, performance, production etc. To be a good leader, one must have leadership traits, criteria and talent, although this course has been studied in college, not everyone has this leadership talent. Having an MBA will make it easier for you to solve problems, as well as make plans. But to be a successful leader and entrepreneur you don't need an MBA, but an MBA will make you more confident and able to control your business well.
