In order to be effective at hiring good employees proper attention and consideration must be placed on a job applicant skill set and competence not just what is written in the job applicants CV. The interview I can also test the job applicants knowledge by asking him or her few questions that require critical and deeper-minded answers in order to test his or her mental and physical competence.
