Fiber is from carbohydrates and it helps to keep our cholesterol level in check and also helps to aid digestion
Carbs are a good source of energy because the sugar and starches in carbohydrates are broken down to glucose
Carbs helps to maintain weight because of the fiber that it contains, fiber helps to lose weight
Carbs helps to protect the heart health due to the Dietary fiber that it contains which prevent the cholesterol from staying in the arteries and causing blockage which can lead to heart attack or even stroke
Fiber also helps to prevent constipation
