Building Passive Income For Freelancers

There are a lot of upsides to being a freelancer, however, one of the biggest downsides of being a freelancer is you are trading your time for money. In other words, you are making money by working. If you don’t work, you don’t make money. How much you earn depends on how many hours you put into your work.

In order to build a passive income, you need to create a product that will sell again and again without having to work on that product every day.

Let’s say you are a graphic designer. You can create digital products like printables (calendars, wall art, stickers, workbooks, etc.), or digital design, social media templates, digital art, etc.

If you are a writer, you can start writing ebooks and publishing them on KDP to make money from your books.

If you are a programmer, you can build and publish apps on App Store or Play Store and earn passive income from apps.

If you are a video editor, you can start publishing videos on youtube and make money.

You are freelancing means, you are actively making money. You are either selling your gigs or bidding on jobs to get contracts and make money when you complete your contracts. Freelancing is active income source. Even though freelancing gives you financial freedom and you work according to your comfort zone and you are not under anyone, there is also a downside of freelancing, you will not make any money of you do not work. If you don't have any assignments, you make no money, if you become sick and can't work, you cannot make money. Therefore, if you are completely depended on freelancing for income, you need to build passive income. What kind of passive income should you build depends on your skills. A blog or a youtube channel can be the best option if you are a content creator. It takes time to earn, but once you start earning there will be turning back.

Thanks for sharing sis, so basically we have to use the internet and the devices we have as optimally as possible. If freelancers only have one source of income, it will be very risky if the website closes / down. So we need other income as freelancers, and there are many models and types of passive income that are spread out there, and we have to choose which one is suitable and in accordance with our expertise, such as affiliate marketing, shares will be very good for passive income for freelancers, but we must raise money first to buy shares so that we will get dividends. Online stores can also be an option for freelancers.
