And it may happen that they have some money, which they want to invest in that business. What should happen when you think about having a business is that you have money to invest.

You cannot do a business if there is no capital to invest, no matter how small or big the business. There are many ads that circulate where they comment, create your business without investing, this is really not possible.

Let me start by what I understand from your post. In your first paragraph, you are right, while some people have the rightful mind that the business will boom, the other won't even bother to put on his best because he believes or have a poor mindset that the business will boom.
And in the second and last paragraph, it is true that money is the first thing to have as an investors. But there are many jobs which doesn't require capital before you can start. It only requires your experience and dedication.

It's practically impossible to start any business without any form of capital or investment, anyone that tells you otherwise is just being economical with the truth. Having a business idea is one thing, and having the financial strength to make the idea a reality is another thing.

Many people with very good business ideas have been discouraged from working on their ideas due to the absence of capital. Not having capital shouldn't be enough reason to give up, there are lots of investors that are ready to invest in a good startup, all that is required is to approach some investors, if your idea is unique you will get a partnership deal.
