Can someone help Figure out where to Post A New Topic?

As a Recovering Compulsive Gambler I am interested in starting a Thread for those looking to work on Recovery from any addiction. The problem is that I can't find a forum for that. Is it possible to start a New Forum or are we limited to the forums available? I have written books on recovery, been a speaker and with the help of a Higher power a new Fellowship for those who are looking beyond the addiction to building a life of recovery and growth.

I think with such idea you leverage on the power of the existing forum pending the time you will create your own. Addiction is a serious plague that those who are battling with it are finding every possible means to escape and providing such a way of escape will be beneficial to many. You can decide to create a topic like that starting from this forum and some other popular forum you know. You are on good course and may God give you the grace needed to be successful in your chosen path. I will always give my ultimate support to whatever I see is going to make possible impact in the life of people. Gambling, smoking, pornography and stealing addiction are a serious matter that the victims are helpless about.

Congrats on your recovery. Addiction is terrible thing to overcome, is to regain control of ones life. As far as posting a new forum I am not sure. I would check admin and see if you can start a thread in "general topics". That is the closest thing I can see on this website.
