Until recently, graphic designing was one of the most lucrative careers. People who made most money on Fiverr were graphic designers. However, graphic designing is no longer a profitable career, do you know why?

Well, with the evolution of tools like Canva, these days anyone can design any kind of graphics they want with this drag and drop tool. There are even logo generation tools that will generate a logo with few clicks. Even Fiverrr has its own logo generation tool.

Graphic designers are required to be proficient in graphic designing software like photoshop, indesign, Corel Draw etc. It takes months, even years to learn the skills and master the skills. However, with the tools like Canva, you can do graphic designing within few days.

It might take hours to design a logo on Corel Draw or Photoshop, however, when you use tool like Fiverr Logo Generator, you can do it in few minutes.

Since graphic designing is no more exclusive to graphic designer and anyone can do graphic designing, it is no longer a profitable career.

That's because once designed, logos created on Canva are final, you cannot go back and edit. However, businesses need working files for the graphics they use because they might have to do some editing later or have to use the design on other materials. Therefore, for their design needs businesses will require a graphic designer who is proficient in photoshop or similar programs.

You are right! With a lot of free and paid tools like canva, anybody can just create some designs in their kitchen. If you're looking to make a career in graphic design, you'll have to consider the following:

1. Where do you want to work? The best place for your first job is where you can learn the most and get the best training. If you're passionate about learning something new, then start by going to school for it.

2. How do you want to earn money? If you want to be paid for your work, then make sure that the company is willing to pay what they promise. Make sure that they are willing and able to pay their employees on time and in full each month.

3. Do you have any experience or training? Graphic designers often need some sort of training or experience before working for them; however, if you have none then it's best not to even look at this job without some sort of education first.
