For some careers, there is always a formal induction, occasioned by oath taking before being allowed to practice the career. While some people see oath taking as a mere formality, it holds significant impact on the inductee and how he or she would conduct himself as a professional. Here is how:
1) When a professional is inducted and an oath of service taken, the inductee makes a personal commitment to preserve the standards of the chosen career and should he hed responsible for doing the opposite.
