There are so many things that comes in line with business. As a business owner, challenges is inevitable. The ability to make proper and sound decisions to a greater extent would determine the level of sustainability of the business. Just like the uproar of the covid-19 pandemic, it left so many businesses ajar and in a state of dilemma. So many business owners were left in a state of confusion because they did not inculcate a plan B into their business plan and this backfired during the reign of the pandemic. There are many times a business owner would have to think and see beyond the box if he wants his business to thrive. It becomes more tedious when it involves a sole-proprietor, where he has to make all the decisions and where he takes all the effects that comes with either positive or negative.


As a business owner, there are some decisions and principles you should take not minding who is involved to ensure the growth of your business. Making a decision never to sell on credit to any customers might be a tough one but it is for the better good of your business Enterprise. In our daily lives, we are faced with situations that demands us to make decisions and the type of decisions we make, would definitely bring about either positive or negative results as the case may be. There is no business on earth without some challenges and no matter the level of funding or planning there must be some slight challenges. The success of a business is so much dependent on the decision a business owner makes. In the face of challenges, a business owner might be at the crossroads and make some decisions that would affect the business negatively which is why it is advised that when faced with situations, we should try to have a rethink before critically before engaging in any decisions. Rushing to make decisions could be detrimental to the growth of a business.

When once a business owner is capable of making the right decisions in business even at the starting or growing stage of a business, then there would be higher chances of productivity and profitability. There is no business without obstacles and there is no guarantees that even after solving a problem that another problem would not arise but the ability to stand firm and focused would determine the sustainability. As entrepreneurs we should always preserve and at times, ask experts for solutions so you do not make your business suffer decline due to poor decision making.

One major issue with making decisions in a business is that in most cases, it's impossible to tell if you are making the right decision or not. I believe this is where the risk comes in. There are certain times where where the Choices before you might seem like the right one, but in the end you might get the exact opposite.
