Though many consider the investment value of a home, which purchasing property, it is also important to check the locality before taking a decision. In some areas the politicians or officials are extremely hostile to some investors, and want to steal everything from the investors, especially for stand alone homes. The property investors are not even allowed to repair their house, due to the harassment of the local officials, who harass all the workers. While young people can easily adjust to any place, people who are older find it difficult to make friends who they can trust. So older persons will usually prefer to purchase a home in the locality which they are familiar with instead of relocating to a new area, where they do not know anyone. Do members of the forum consider the location of the property, the attitude of powerful people in the area before purchasing it?
