This is about new hires of an employment learning through observing the old staff which will be beneficial to the employee and the workplace
But this method has its own bad effects on the employees. The following are the problems that would be encountered
With this method there will be unclear goals and expectations as they are going by only what they observed from. others
There will be exaggeration of one's Job's Scope.
With onboarding there's no formal schedule or Process. which a new hire will follow.
This is not a good method for new hires as itskes available of overflow of Information at once.
