What is your choice when given 2 offers – a condo unit or a house. The house comes with the lot, of course so you will have a house and lot as your property. It has a title that goes with it. A condominium unit has a certificate of ownership and you have to pay the monthly condo dues for the upkeep and maintenance of the building and the surroundings plus the staff of the building. The advantage of a condo unit is that it is usually located in the city or near the city while the house is in a suburban town which may be far from your place of work.
