Conflict has to do with some misunderstandings that can arise between people, organizations or any body of people.
There's a popular saying that even twins do have conflicts hence we have the knowledge that this conflict were discussing is not new and must always be seen as a certainty.
The bad part of conflict is when it is not resolved well. Therefore the need arises for conflict resolution
But before we talk of that let's see common causes of conflicts we see in business grounds since that's what we are dealing with
In businesses such may arise from lack of communication. When staff are not well relating, it leads to lack of unity and they can't settle a common issues amicably.
