Do you see Ripples winning their courtcase instituted by the US government?

This is no longer news that the united state securities and exchange commission has instituted a lawsuit against ripples, the company that owns XRP, for selling unregistered securities to their investors. This lawsuit has caused a tremendous loss to the digital Cryptocurrency known as XRP, it's price has drop dropped drastically in the Cryptocurrency market, some Cryptocurrency exchange platform has delisted it from their exchange, that means nobody can trade the digital currency on those platforms for now.
This lawsuit is generating alot of buzz in the Cryptocurrency space due to the fact that Ripples is a popular Cryptocurrency that was at a time ranked as the 4th best Cryptocurrency in the market but now it is gone down and soon replaced by another coin.
Do you guys think that Ripples can win this their lawsuit or they will loose it, give your reasons.

This is a question that one cannot answer with certainty due to the fact that, there is more to this case that is not available to the public.

Secondly , I read a news about the ongoing plans by ripple to develop Ripplenet X ,which aims in adding value to the token. If this is the case , one may be forced to accept that ripple is actually a security , otherwise they won't be taken this action .

The only thing here is that ,investors are reluctant to buy more , some have sold their own while others are trying to gamble on the outcome of the lawsuit .
