Imagine working in a particular business organisation, the work day and night give out the energy time and effort to accomplish organisational goals and objective, you for once never miss correcting a mistake or make a mistake at all, you also rapidly or sweetly carryout errands sent to you by your boss example depositing of money into the bank buying office and business stationery and items, you did all this only at the end of the month when you are to be payed or compensated by your boss for your good work you found out that there is no payment for you, of course a lot of people will be heartbroken, frustrated, weigh down and also disappointed. A lot of workers face this scenario I gave above. the fact that most workers employees and staff are not compensated is usually cost by the employers habit of spending money carelessly that is why the employer must understand that his employees or workers are persons an individual just like him and must set aside fund to pay off their salaries or wages are due date, a non compensated employee will lose interest in the production activities as well as business practices of the firm he might think. "Because I am not paid why should I work" this is totally true and could lead to quarrels, disagreements, side talk from the employees of steps towards the employer, also the business prestige and reputation could be hindered and as a result a lot of people may not seek employment from such a firm who doesn't pay it workers.

Sometimes a company isn't earning well as before due to lack of clients or customers then it could happen they decrease the salaries of employees and many employees in this situation may leave the company because all that they want is an increase of salary not more than that, and not sacrifice for the durability of work.

There is something about motivation and production one way or the other they are both connected. A worker that has been working for a long time in a particular department in the organization will certainly get to a point where they will need some form of gratification to boost their morals else their enthusiasm towards the job will begin to decline and this will definitely affect the productivity of such a worker and this will one way or the other affect the overal objective of the organizational goals and objectives and total output

So as managers it is one of the basic responsibility of the management staffs or team to make provision for compensation and some kind of gratification from time to time in other to boost the morales of their staffs. There should be some sort of reward system that should be put in place for workers that meet Some certain target this will be more like an additional incentives that will boost the Morales of workers to put in their very best at work and increase their productive abilities. There could be rewards for workers that resumes to work on time that is punctuality and another rewopard for regularity and dedication to job.

The effect of a non-compensated employee or worker towards production would be no doubt inimical to be total worker's productivity. There's an adage which posits that, "a hungry man is an angry man." A worker deserves his wages and that's also one of the first sources of motivation. There's no body who would work without getting his payment and would operate at his maximum efficiency.

Non-compensation of workers would lead to decline in the value of productivity. Any organisation which derives joy in owing their staff is just setting a tunnel for collapse, revolt and bad reputation in a short or long run.
