Emotions, both pleasant and unpleasant, work the same as a food that our body must digest. It is not surprising then, depending on the type of emotion experienced, it affects our stomach as if it were a good meal or a bad one.

Feeling a knot in the stomach if we are afraid, or the famous butterflies fluttering when we are in love, are just a few examples of this mind-digestive system connection. Can we control it or reduce its negative effects?

Emotion depending on the type of motion have a way of affecting our body either negatively or positively, someone who feel bad or depressed about something ,the emotion could possibly have a serious effect on the body, our motion actually determines how happy we are.
