it is a great idea to go for a home warranty so that you get all repairs and maintenance off your shoulders as a homeowner but there are still factors to consider before adopting the act of home warranty. So what are the factors to consider
Not cover items not properly maintained

You should know that home warranty will not cover items that have not been properly maintained. so to avoid issues with home warranty companies just give your home a little maintenance

Denial of claims
You might also he confronted with the ridiculous improper maintenance clause by the warranty company just to deny valid claims.

it might turns a waste

Sometimes there may be many years when nothing happened to the home at all, they might be no breaks down but you still have to make your payment as agreed

In general, when we buy a new house through a mortgage, besides we will get insurance such as fire, natural disasters, theft. We will also receive a home warranty.

The home warranty received by the buyer can be used for problems/damage to parts of the house caused by construction/developer negligence. such as leaking roofs, peeling paint/walls, slanted floors, untidy etc.

Unfortunately the warranty period provided by the developers is generally too short, only 100 days to a year (each developer will provide a different warranty period).

So if you have a home warranty, you must claim it before the warranty period ends, you should also avoid home renovations when you buy a new home, because the warranty will expire.

Anyway home owners should think about a number of things before acquiring a house warranty, including the coverage options, price, deductibles, exclusions, and reputation of the warranty provider. It's critical to comprehend what the warranty plan covers and excludes, as well as to determine whether the warranty's expense justifies its possible advantages. To guarantee dependability and high-quality service, homeowners should also look up the warranty provider's client reviews and ratings.
