Christophe de Beucher, a Belgian parliamentarian has decided to convert his parliamentarian salary into Bitcoin, he is the first European parliamentarian to do so.
Beucher justified his decision by claiming that politicians should create mass awareness about the social changes, and his action is being done for the purpose of creating awareness on cryptocurrency revolution.
There is no regulation or prohibition on cryptocurrency in Belgium, government has let this on personal choice, people can decide to buy or not on their own basis.
