Inflammation is a condition where you experience pain, swelling, redness in skin and warmth. Inflammation is caused by various reasons like infections, injuries, toxins, etc.

If you are experiencing inflammation, here are some foods that help in fighting inflammation.

Ginger is very helpful in reducing inflammation. You can use ginger just like painkiller pills. You can also apply ginger oil on your joints to recover from arthritic conditions.

Apricots have anti-inflammatory properties. You can eat apricots until your conditions improves

Turmeric is one of the best foods to eat when you are experiencing inflammation. Turmeric is natural antibiotic.

Are you suffering from inflammation of throat? For a quick relief from sore throat, rinse your throat with tamarind water. Tamarind is loaded in tartaric acid. It is a powerful antioxidant and boosts immunity as well.
