Health Effects of overthinking to the body

Are you the type that over think your situations, you are impacting your body negatively. Experts assert that when you over think, you need your body in a continuous state of flux that makes the body experience surge of cortisol that affects the body sooner than you think

The health problems that emanate from here are:

  • Bad impact on the brain which leaves the brain cells killed by cortisol and can elicit mental problems
  • Over thinking can affect the digestive system which brings about gastrointestinal problems like irritable bowel syndrome
  • Over thinking can deal negatively with the heart, it bring about cardiovascular health like chest pains, light headedness etc.
  • it can ruin your skin, because it affect the skin as well. it does bring skin problem like dermatitis, psoriasis etc

When you think too much it can lead to hypertension which will cause series of diseases to the body like heart failure, kidney problem, cancer and other diseases as well, we should make sure we always get enough rest as well because when we are too stressed out it can also cause hypertension

You are right this is why some people just drop and die, you know that you are stressed already and you now add the problem of overthinking to it and it makes the matter worse. People needs to know the effects of all of these to the body. It comes with a lot of issues to the body

Overthinking is generally dangerous and we are advised to stop it at all cuz because it can even lead to more damage to the body, instead of thinking it is better for us to try as much as possible to get rid of the problems in our life that is making us do overthink, this will be the easiest way to stay and live a healthy life.

When you are thinking too much ,this can cause hypertension and can cause depression too much of thinking is not good for health
