How can we improve our health?

Hi everyone!!! It is true that health is the most valuable thing we have in our life. Unfortunately,we cannot buy health so we must find ways to improve our health.

Some ways to improve our health are stated below:

We should eat healthy food like fruit and vegetables which are a good source of minerals and vitamins.

We should consume less salt and sugar.

We should not eat harmful fats which are so bad for our health.

We should not drink a lot of alcohol.

We should give up smoking.

We should exercise daily. Walking is a very good form of exercise and a popular one.

We should check our blood pressure regularly.

We should get tested at least once a year to make sure that we do not have any health problems.

Well,these are some ways to improve our health.What do you think? How can we improve our health?Looking forward to receiving your own ideas.Thank you.

There are many ways how we can improve our health status .

One can improve his or her health by given body rest or haven proper rest.

One can improve health by eating good food ; that is good nutritious food.

One can have good health by doing exercise the body very well and that will really help a lot.

One can also have good health by eating good fruit because there are maby fruut that contain fibers.

One also need proper check- up all the time so that one can know if the health status is good or not..

One should alsi listing to advice from doctors and follow prescription.

there are many ways that we can use to improve our health if we stick to eating balanced diet and making sure that will engage in exercise because if we eat food that contains more vital nutrient it will make us to be more healthy and exercise help us to be fit strong and active

We can improve our health in So many Ways most especially when we eat healthy food it provides nutrients to the body and all these nutrients helps in our health needs their help to reduce the risk of developing diseases and their quality and we should also make sure who eat foods that are high in fibre and low in calories trans fat and saturated fat

Hi btaliat. Thank you for your nice post. I agree with what you mention. Someone that is concerned about his health will watch his lifestyle and see the mistakes he may be making so as to change some habits that damage his health. Health is so important, that's why we must protect it.

Hi Bashbash. Thank you for your nice post. I fully agree with you. Health is everything. We cannot buy health. Yes, life is meaningless if you have money but you do not have health. So we must find ways to improve our health. I think that a healthy diet with fruit and vegetables in combination with regular exercise (even simple walking every day) will help us stay healthy and energetic.

if you want to improve our health we should also make sure that we engage your money work out for like 30 minutes so that it can help to boost our immune system and also help to keep our brain and body system healthy and we should always go for regular checkup so that we won't have any problem with our healthbecause by going for regular check-up will be able to realise we have any little health issues before he started saying symptoms that it will not be chronic so going for medical check-up will also help to improve our healthand also try to eat a balanced diet because all these balanced diet includes all the nutrients that you need to support our health to make us to be healthy

You can improve the health by eating good and rich food.and also you can improve health by eating enough fruits because they provide the body with essential nutrients and vitamins and Also do a lot of exercise to remove and reduce excess fat's in the body.also go for regular medical check-up to know the body state and condition

Yes, it is important to check our blood pressure regularly and get tested at least once a year to make sure that we do not have any health problems.
