Hi everyone!!! It is true that health is the most valuable thing we have in our life. Unfortunately,we cannot buy health so we must find ways to improve our health.
Some ways to improve our health are stated below:
We should eat healthy food like fruit and vegetables which are a good source of minerals and vitamins.
We should consume less salt and sugar.
We should not eat harmful fats which are so bad for our health.
We should not drink a lot of alcohol.
We should give up smoking.
We should exercise daily. Walking is a very good form of exercise and a popular one.
We should check our blood pressure regularly.
We should get tested at least once a year to make sure that we do not have any health problems.
