Most times in a business enterprise , we might want to know the under performing workers and well performed workers , there are different ways and method to measure their rating to give them the proper rating and know how to distribute the bonus you are offering them or lay off workers that are not contributing positively to the growth of your business affecting the productivity of your business on a huge level,i have a friend who have once had issues with getting the proper rating of his staff performance because most times he checkmate the wrong sections and lay off some workers mistakenly , since he is not always at the work place
