Most amatuer traders, their moods depends on whether they make profits in the market or not, it's like their whole self worth is tied towards if they're profitable or not, while professionals couldn't careless, they are more about if they're following their rules or not, whether they win or not, they don't really care, they know that over a series of trade following their strategy they will be successful.

It's important to note as a trader it is important not to place your whole self worth on a trade to the extent that it affects your mood, pay attention to how you feel and learn to manage stress and detach from your trading results, I know it's hard but it's equally acheivable.

Trading can significantly affect mood due to uncertainty or the thought for monetary advantage or loss. Wins can creates emotions of happiness, self belief and satisfaction, but losses can cause unhappiness, tension and even despair. Emotional reactions in trading can have an impact on decision-making and risk-taking, and can cause impulsive movements or irrational choices. It is essential for investors to understand and manage their emotions efficiently, to preserve a balanced mindset thru willpower, area and flexibility, and to make sound buying and selling decisions in spite of temper swings.

Trading can have a significant impact on your mood. When trades go well, it can evoke feelings of excitement, confidence, and euphoria, boosting morale. However, losses can trigger emotions like frustration, disappointment, and even anxiety, affecting overall well-being. Managing emotions is crucial for maintaining a healthy trading mindset.

Trading affects our mood in different ways. When you manage to earn a profit, a positive mood and even euphoria appear; when losses occur, anger and disappointment appear. But the big advantage when trading is that we can minimize our losses by controlling risks when these losses will not be large and there will always be a chance to compensate them later with profitable transactions, which in turn can help the trader save the deposit and earn profit without despair and panicking.

Market changes, changes in the value of the account balance, profits and losses during trading can change traders' moods, I think this is human nature, when they get pleasure they feel happy, when they experience difficulties they feel sad, and that is uniquely human because they have good feelings, happy, sad, disappointed, proud and so on. Mood changes don't only happen to forex traders, everyone in every profession experiences mood changes.
