How to avoid early onset of Arthritis

Arthritis is the inflammation of the joint or joints and it is usually cause by stiffness and pain of the joint and becomes even more painful with age. Arthritis can arise early because of infections or early onset of wear and tear as such more attention should be paid to the body to prevent its early onset. The truth about this condition is that it can be treated to relief pains but it has no cured. So the sure thing to do now is do the following to avoid it starting suddenly or early:

  • Start by staying at a very healthy weight, the fact is that extra weight of the body do put pressure on weight-bearing joints like the knees and hips and can elicit arthritis easily
  • Exercise a lot at least 3 times a week, exercising comes with immense benefits to the body and the joints are not left out
  • You should be having intermittent stretching; it will help to strengthen the joints and bones of the body
  • You need to quit smoking if you have been inhaling harmful substances, you would be causing more damages to the body.
  • Keep your body from injury to avoid causing damages to your joint that can bring permanent pains to the body
  • Eat fish at least twice weekly, it does help with the body's nutrients.
