Our health is one of the most important thing so you have to do things that will make you healthy.you should always try to eat fruits because they help to provide the body with essential nutrients and vitamins.also try to always exercise the body because exercise help to make the body stronger and powerful so do a lot or it for more energy.also eat good food so that is rich in balance diet and a food that has all the essential nutrients in the right proportion.always bath at least twice daily to have good smell.also brush the teeth twice daily too to prevent teeth decay and also always go for regular medical check-up to know the body state and condition
