When you are trying to build your career, you should choose a high paying career. If you choose a high paying career, you will have financial stability. Financial stability matters most in life than anything because happiness and relationship entirely depends on this.

Choose a skill that is not populated: if you choose a niche that is saturated, it will be very difficult to get a job.

Choose a skill that pays more: You need to choose a career that offers high payment jobs.

Choose a skill that is in demand: Choose a skill that is in demand but not in too much supply.

Build professional level skill: You need to be highly trained, educated and experienced to build your career and make most out of your career.

Build connection: This soft skill is very necessary to become successful in your career.

Learn additional skills: Learning skills that might not be directly linked with your career will also help you in the long run to build high paying career.

One can build a lucrative and fulfilling career while still following their passions. Here are some tips to help you get started:

-Spend time reflecting on what you enjoy doing, what type of work makes you feel fulfilled, and what is important to you.
-Find a company or organization that believes in these same values so that the work will be a fit for both of you.
-Learn about the types of jobs available at your desired institution and read job descriptions for these positions.
-Teach yourself… You can take summer classes, earn a degree at a local community college or online, or learn new skills though online classes.
-Reach out to professionals in the industry to find out how you can get started: Attend job fairs, ask questions to professors or alumni from your school, and try informational interviews.

In order to build a career, you will have to look into three things, one, your interest, two, your capabilities, and three money-making potentials. All of these three things are required, you cannot leave any of these while choosing a career. Your chosen career should be something that you are very much interested in. If you are not interested, you will never find pleasure in your work, and you are less likely to become successful. Your chosen career should also be something in that you have knowledge, skills, and expertise. If you don't have any of these, you can try learning. However, not everyone can learn everything. Everyone has his or her own brain capacity. You will have to remember this. The third important thing is your chosen career should help you to make you a lot of money, if there is no money in the career, despite your interest, or knowledge, you should give up and try something else.
