Have you ever had to work with bad coworkers? This can happen if you work at a job mostly since there are large teams of people.
How do you deal with them?
One important thing is to stay calm. Some people may aggravate you just to see how you would react. Being the mature person would make them look foolish. If it's a genuine reason, staying calm would help both parties to solve their differences fast without unnecessary drama.
If someone proves unnecessarily troublesome for long, you may want to consider avoiding the person.
Some of them would simply not do their job, or would look for ways to make yours more complicated. You need ways to deal with such. A lot of times, it would need external intervention especially when you already have a lot to deal with.
Another common thing is gossip. These types of workers are probably the worst, because they never tell anyone anything to their face. This can create tension between people without either party knowing what exactly is the problem. If you work with such, you should put a stop to it immediately by letting them know you don't appreciate such information.
