CLIMATE CONSIDERATION: Before starting plantain farming, you must check our the climate. During dry seasons it's always hard for plantains to survive, even when they survive it won't be healthy like that of rainy seasons, so planting in rainy seasons is the best for plantain.

BEST SOIL: You must know the best soil for plantain, also prepare the soil before planting. Digging it a bit deep filled with manure always makes the plantain healthy.

SPECIES: Plantain are of different species, so you'll choose the right one for soil.

MAINTENANCE: planting is one thing, maintaining the farm is another thing. Taking care of the farm by putting Manure, clearing weeds will help the plantain healthy and as well bringing more money during harvest period.

Sometimes maintenance for planting let you loser as the price of the elevation for plants and if there is illness and how to prevent it is spread into all the plants costs a lot of money.
