Everyone who has any website or blog of their own is aware that domain registration, renewal, web hosting expenses have to be paid annually. Some time also has to be spent managing the website, updating it and fixing any problem. Yet in some places high status well connected housewives, scammer students and other frauds who do not spend any money on the website expenses, do not manage and control the website, falsely claim that they own the websites, and the government, companies, people blindly believes in their lies. Despite posting disclaimers regarding the website ownership, the government agencies continue to make fake claims about website ownership for 11 years.
What is the best way to ensure that no one falsely claims to own your websites even if the person is well connected, young, good looking, fair skinned, slim and charming?

Always ensure that your domain name does not expire and drop before you renew it. To be very honest with you someone else can take the ownership of your domain name if you fail to renew it on time. The only way you can avoid someone else from taking ownership of your website is to register a trademark for it. This will prevent anyone from owning the website except you.

As long as you have full ownership of the domain and you have full control over your hosting account (you control your website files), then no one can actually make fake claims about your website. The key to own your website is to own the domain and the website files.

These people do not pay for or control the website, yet they are shameless frauds, liars, they will tell everyone that they own the websites, paypal, bank account. Since they are high status, living in well maintained clean houses, everyone including the government believes their complete lies. Shockingly the largest tech and internet companies in the country are also supporting the online fraudsters who have been making fake claims about website ownership for 11 years to get monthly government salaries at the expense of the real webmaster, online publisher.

Let's say a student is buying the same domain name of a website but just adding a small letter for example if the domain name is domainname.com they just add a little n where you see email received from domainnname.com you will not pay attention to the added n especially email looks professional and same template and the same functionality as domainname.com but this is the fake website to steal users information.

These people including students do not even want to spend any money for domains, web hosting, spend time creating a website, they only focus on criminally defaming the real domain investor, blogger , are involved in real estate fraud, and then falsely claim to own the website. Shockingly the tech, internet companies and government agencies are supporting the fraudsters for 11 years.

As long as the domain is registered on your name and you have full control over your domain registrar account, and as long as you have a hosting account where your website is hosted nd you have a full control of your cpanel, no one can claim your website as their own.

Here almost no one checks the actual ownership of the domain, website, the companies and government agencies blindly believe the liar government officials who are abusing their great powers to make fake claims that their friends and relatives who do not spend any money on domains, own the domains of a private citizen who the government officials hate.

Since your website is registered via a hosting company, and you have a domain of your own and not a free domain. Their is nothing illegal in such, even your country's government wouldn't convict you for such, or pushing to lock your site.

I have registered all my domains directly with a registrar, I alone have been paying all the domain renewal fees, no one is helping me in any way. Some corrupt greedy government employees are abusing their powers to make fake claims about domain ownership misleading everyone and getting their relatives and friends government salaries for faking domain ownership
