The only way to get rid of your malnutrition is to eat healthy foods. When we consume certain types of foods, it helps us to alleviate vitamin A deficiency in that way. So, you need to know what kind of benefits they give us.

When we take food, we need to see that we get all the nutrients in our food. In particular, vitamin A is essential for our skin health. It is therefore advisable to take more of foods rich in vitamin A.

This vitamin A helps in improving our eyesight, maintains our neurological functions, and gives us healthy skin. Good hormone brings us good health. So, you need to find out what kind of food contains vitamin A which gives so many benefits.

The food which we eat should include all the types of vitamins and minerals , proteins , fats , carbohydrates,fibres and etc. One should have a balanced diet everyday and should avoid eating fatty foods for the sake of goodness of the health. Malnutrition is observed usually in children who are not fee properly by their family.

food is very essential in the body.it plays a vital role in the growth of human being.One thing is to eat and another thing is to eat or consume balanced diet.food that contains all what the body required to be strong,agile,hale and hearty.If one does not eat regularly such person will have malnutrition.Which is lack of some vitamins needed in the body.

Malnutrition is such a serious condition that can impair our bodies. Yet most people don't really know they are suffering from it. For example, you could just be healthy but you are suffering from iron deficiency. So it will show in your thinning hair or bad nails. Most people will look for products to make the hair more healthy instead of checking their dietary needs and eating food rich in iron.
