When it comes to being a boss, you want your employees to respect you. Respect is a two-way street. "You have to show it so you will get it" Employees need to be able to trust their bosses — both in their actions and their words — in order to believe that they can really make a difference for the company and its customers. And in order to give it, bosses need to take the time to build relationships with employees and make sure they know what's expected of them.

It is easy to get annoyed at your employees for being late, or not doing their jobs correctly. But the best way to deal with these problems is by letting them be known and then working on the issues together. Rather than yelling at them or making veiled threats, give them feedback on ways they could improve their performance. You'll find that once you have been honest with your employees, they will be more likely to do things right in the future.

Despite the fact that employees can sometimes drive a manager or boss mad, it will still be okay to be subtle with the outburst. Employers need to know that they are dealing with humans that are not perfect. This means that you should never trust the jobs that will turn in by an employee 100%, The thing is that you should always make room for their infallible nature.

Yes I know that punitive measures should be put in place to curb employees excesses but love should also be applied. This is to help the workers mental health.

These are always adults with their mindset and ways of doing things solely the way they think, so the employee need to understand where they are coming from and view things from that standpoint to avoid controversy. But all the same employees should take correction and know that they need to obey the head and do things just the way they should.
