I try as much as I can not to peak expectations when I am serving a customer. It is better to keep expectations low and surpass it than raise it so high and disappoint.
 
Our business customers and clients are very important for us. If we take good care of them then they will remain stick with us lest they may move away. In my last company, Mineral Asia we were taking good care of our clients and top customers. Mostly we were arranging lunches or sometimes dinners for them and during these time we were also discussing our business matters but very intelligently. Customers those who comes from other cities remain very delicate for us because slight mistakes of ours may give bad impact on them and they may search and get some business in their city and fulfil their requirement.
 
We have to understand that a satisfied customer is more influential in getting a business referrals than any social media or brand influencer can. That's why every customer should leave your business place fully satisfied and more likely to come back. The problem with businesses today is that their only concern is how to make profits and not in satisfying the customers totally. Customer reviews that are positive and word of mouth referrals from customers who have patronized the business before would go so far to boost and expand the business.
